تأثير شخصية المقاول على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة عينات من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هاته الدراسة الى معالج اشكالية تأثير شخصية المقاول على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، حيث تهدف إلى معرفة واقع المقاول كمسير في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، وكذا مهام وكفاءاته التسير المالي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بدراسة ميدانية على عينة مكونة من 30 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة في ولاية ورقلة، كما اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لأغراض الدراسة، كما تم الاستعانة بعدد من الاختبارات الإحصائية لأثبات والوصول الى نتائج حقيقية حول البحث باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي spss، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مفادها أن هناك ارتباط قوي بين شخصية المقاول والأداء المالي فكلما زادة شخصية المقول يتحسن الأداء المالي، كما تبين لنا اهتمام المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة بشخصية المقاول

Our study addresses the problematic impact of the contractor's personality on the financial performance of small and medium-sized enterprises, as it aims to find out the reality and financial management in the institutions under study, as well as the tasks and competencies of the financial management . To achieve the objectives of the study, we conducted a field study on a sample of 30 small and medium-sized enterprises in the state of Ouargla ,we also relied on the descriptive curriculum to fit it for the purposes of the study, a number of statistical tests were used to prove and reach real results about the research using the statistical program spss, the study found that there is a strong correlation between the personality of the contractor and financial performance. the higher the personality of the contractor, the better the financial performance, it also showed us the interest of small and medium-sized enterprises in the personality of the contractor
