Abstract: We proceed in our follow-up to the kleptocracy in Algeria, the problems of corruption that have affected the structure of the state throughout its history, the crises plaguing the political system and the corrupt networks that try to control decision-making. because we see them as essential to understanding the ability of political elites to maintain their position throughout this period. In light of the people's rejection of their suffering, and their attempt to bring about radical change or reform of the system by detaining corrupt government officials and all those connected to their networks (the gang), reproducing a new system in place of the dogmatic system which has been established in Algeria since the old one, and building a new Algerian democratic republic
