Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التوافق المهني على الالتزام التنظيمي للعاملين في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر بورقلة، طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من ) 06 ( موظفا ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثتان الإستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات ثم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (spps) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط، تحليل لانحدار المتعدد التدريجي ا ولبسيط وخلصت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: _ هناك مستوى مرتفع للتوافق المهني في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر بورقلة؛ _ وجود إلتزام تنظيمي بدرجة مرتفعة لموظفين في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر بورقلة؛ _ هناك علاقة إيجابية ضعيفة بين التوافق المهني والالتزام التنظيمي للعاملين في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر بورقلة

The study aims to identify the impact of professional conformity on the organizational commitment of workers in the Algerian Telecom Company in Ouargla. The study was applied to a random sample of (60) employees and to achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data and then analyzing the data contained in the questionnaires by using a program. The statistical package (spps) based on arithmetic means and standard deviations, correlation coefficients and an analysis of progressive and simple multiple regression, and the study ended up to several results, the most important ones are: - There is a high level of professional alignment at Telecom Algeria Ouargla; - The presence of a high degree of organizational commitment of the employees of Telecom Algeria Ouargla; - There is a weak positive relationship between professional compliance and organizational commitment of the employees of Telecom Algeria Ouargla
