Diagnostique des ressources en eaux (potable, irrigation et industriel) dans la ville de Hassi Messaoud – Ouargla

Abstract

تقع حاسي مسعود وسط ولاية ورقلة الواقعة في الجنوب الشرقي من الجزائر وتبعد حوالي 80كيلومترا عن مدينة ورقلة عاصمة الولاية. 172 كم جنوب توقرت و800 كم جنوب شرق العاصمة الجزائري. الهدف الأساسي من هذه الدراسة، هو تقدير الاحتياجات المائية لمختلف القطاعات (زراعية، صناعية، مياه الشرب) على المدى القصير والمتوسط والطويل. يبلغ عدد سكان منطقة حاسي مسعود 46452 نسمة عام (2018)، وتتميز بمساحة زراعية مروية تبلغ حوالي 3502 هكتار. وفقًا للبيانات التي تم جمعها حول التدفق التشغيلي الموجه نحو القطاعات الثلاثة هو 154.13 هكتارًا مكعبًا / سنويًا، بينما بلغ الحجم الإجمالي للمياه المستهلكة 63.89 هكتارًا مكعبًا / سنويًا في عام 2018، يزداد هذا الأخير تدريجيًا على مدار الآفاق المدروسة (2018-2048)، في نهاية هذه الدراسة، يتم تلبية تدفق التشغيل لجميع قطاعات إمدادات المياه.

Notre zone d’étude « Hassi Messaoud » est situé au centre de l'Etat de Ouargla, au sud-est de l'Algérie, à environ 80 kilomètres de la ville de Ouargla, la capitale de l'Etat. A 172 km au sud du Touggourt et à 800 km au sud-est de la capitale algérienne. A travers cette étude, a pour objet en premier lieu l'estimation des besoins en eau pour diffèrent secteur (AEP, AEI, AEA) à court terme à moyen terme et long terme. La Zone de Hassi Messaoud abrite une population 46452 habitants en (2018), elle se caractérise par une superficie agricole irriguée est de l’ordre 3502 Ha. Selon les donnes collectes sur le débit d’exploitation orienté vers les trois secteurs est 154,13 HM3/an, Alor que le volume d’eau global consomme est 63.89 HM3/an en 2018 , cet dernière est augmenté progressivement au cour des horizons étudié (2018-2048) , a fin de cette étude le débit d’exploitation est satisfit pour toutes les secteur d’alimentation d’eau.

Hassi Messaoud is located in the center of the State of Ouargla, in the south-east of Algeria, about 80 kilometers from the city of Ouargla, the capital of the State. 172 km south of Le Touggourt and 800 km south-east of the Algerian capital. Through this study, the primary purpose is to estimate the water needs for different sectors (AEP, AEI, and AEA) in the short term, medium term and long term. The Hassi Messaoud Zone has a population of 46,452 inhabitants in (2018); it is characterized by an irrigated agricultural area of around 3,502 Ha. According to the data collected on the operating flow oriented towards the three sectors is 154.13 HM3 / year, While the overall volume of water consumed is 63.89 HM3 / year in 2018, the latter is gradually increased over the horizons studied (2018-2048), at the end of this study the operating flow is satisfied for all the water supply sectors.
