Abstract

تناولنا في بحثنا هذا موضوعا في غاية الأهمية باعتباره يهتم بالصحة العامة والبيئة، يتمثل في تسيير وإدارة النفايات الكيميائية، والآثار التي تنتج عن سوء التعامل مع هذه النفايات . وللإمام بحيثيات بحثنا هذا اعتمدنا في الجزء الأول من المحور النظري على ماهية النفايات وأنواعها وآثارها على البيئة والمواطن، وفي جزء آخر من المحور النظري تطرقنا إلى مفهوم النفايات الكيميائية وطرق التعامل معها ومعالجتها والتخلص منها والمخاطر الناجمة عنها في حالة عدم التقيد بالقواعد الأساسية التي تضبط تسييرها ومراقبتها في إطار التشريع العالمي. ولمعرفة واقع إدارة نفايات مخابر الكيمياء البيداغوجية في المؤسسات التعليمية، قمنا في المحور التطبيقي بدراسة ميدانية لكلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، فقد تبين من خلال هذه الدراسة أنه لا يتم إتباع القوانين بشكل صحيح تماما، حيث لا يتم التخلص من المخلفات الكيميائية في المؤسسة. للوصول إلى إدارة سليمة لنفايات مخابر الكيمياء قمنا باقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات والتوجيهات من أجل سلامة البيئة والصحة العامة

In this research, we have dealt with a very important topic as it concerns public health and the environment, represented in the management and management of chemical waste, and the effects that result from the mishandling of these wastes. For the imam of the reasons for this research, we relied in the first part of the theoretical axis on the nature of waste, its types, and its effects on the environment and the citizen, and in another part of the theoretical axis, we touched on the concept of chemical waste, methods of dealing with it, treatment and disposal, and the risks resulting from it in the event of non-compliance with the basic rules that control its management and control. within the framework of global legislation. In order to find out the reality of the waste management of pedagogical chemistry laboratories in educational institutions, in the applied field, we carried out a field study of the Faculty of Mathematics and Material Sciences at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. In order to reach a sound management of waste from chemistry laboratories, we have proposed a set of recommendations and directives for the safety of the environment and public health.
