دور تقنية FTTH في تحسين خدمة الأنترنت بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من زبائن اتصالات الجزائر– ورقلة –)

Abstract

من منطلق هذه الدراسة توجهنا للكشف عن دور تقنية FTHH في تعزيز وتحسين خدمة الأنترنت لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وقدم ذلك من خلال المنهج الوصفي وادوات جمع البيانات، الاستمارة التي وزعت على مجموعة من زبائن مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر والمقابلات التي اجريت مع بعض العملين في المؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ولمعالجة الاشكالية قمنا بالإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: _ ماهي عادات وأنماط استخدام الزبائن لخدمة الأنترنت بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر؟ _ ماهي الدوافعالتي تأدي بالمستهلكللانخراط في تقنيةFTTH؟ _ كيفيقيم زبائن مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر خدمة تقنيةFTTH؟ _ ماهي العراقيل التي تعترض الزبائن من أجل انخراط أو اقتناء هذه التقنية؟ وقد كان الهدف من خلال دراستنا للموضوع كالاتي: تبيان مكانة ودور تقنيةFTTH في تحسين خدمة الأنترنت، وما مدى تعرض الزبائن لهذه التقنية، وبعد جمع المعلومات الميدانية وتحليلها توصلنا الى أن الزبائن أعطوا أهمية لهذه التقنية إذ انها حسنته من خدمة الأنترنت لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر عما سبقها من تقنيات وتكنولوجيات المستخدمة.

Based on this study, we went to reveal the role of FTHH technology in enhancing and improving the Internet service of Algeria Telecom and presented this through the descriptive approach and data collection tools, the questionnaire that was distributed to a group of customers of Algeria Telecom and the interviews that were conducted with some of the workers in the institution Algeria Telecom and to address the problem We answered the following questions:

- What are the habits and patterns of customers using the Internet service in Algeria Telecom?

- What are the motives that lead the consumer to engage in FTTH technology?

- How do Algeria Telecom customers rate FTTH service?

- What are the obstacles that customers face in order to engage or acquire this technology?

The aim of our study of the subject was as follows: To show the status and role of FTTH technology in improving the Internet service, and the extent of customers’ exposure to this technology. Techniques and technologies used
