مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى عينة من النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب المترددات على المستشفيات والعيادات الخاصة بأمراض العقم والولادة "دراسة استكشافية بمدينتي ورقلة -الوادي"

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى عينة من النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب حيث انتهجت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي لدراسة الظاهرة قيد الدراسة، وقد طبقت على عينة قوامها (100) امرأة من النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب المترددات على المستشفيات والعيادات الخاصة بأمراض العقم والولادة، وذلك بطرح التساؤلات التالية: - ما مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى عينة من النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب المترددات على المستشفيات والعيادات الخاصة بأمراض العقم والولادة ؟ 1- هل توجد فروق في مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب باختلاف المستوى التعليمي (ابتدائي / متوسط / ثانوي / جامعي)؟. 2- هل توجد فروق في مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب باختلاف السن (من 18 إلى 30 / من 31 إلى 40 / من 41 فما فوق)؟ 3- هل توجد فروق بين متوسط درجات التوافق النفسي لدى النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب باختلاف نمط الأسرة (نووية / ممتدة)؟ 4- هل توجد فروق في مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب تبعا لمتغير عدد سنوات الزواج (من 3 سنوات إلى 5 / من 6 إلى 10 / من 11 فما فوق)؟ ولجمع البيانات اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة كأداة، حيث طبقنا مقياس التوافق النفسي، ولاختبار تساؤلات الدراسة استخدمنا برنامج الرزم الإحصائية SPSS في نسخته 25، حيث توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - ارتفاع مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب. - لا توجد فروق في مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب باختلاف المستوى الدراسي. - لا توجد فروق في مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب باختلاف السن. - لا توجد فروق في مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب باختلاف نمط الأسرة (نووية، ممتدة). - لا توجد فروق في مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى النساء المتأخرات عن الإنجاب باختلاف عدد سنوات الزواج.

The current study aimed to find out the level of psychological adjustment among a sample of women who are late in childbearing. To study this phenomenon, the descriptive exploratory approach was adopted due to its ability to describe quantitatively and analytically the phenomenon under study. The sample of the study consisted of 100 married women who are late in childbearing and who attend hospitals and clinics specialized in infertility and obstetrics. The following questions were raised: 1. What is the level of psychological adjustment among a sample of women who are late in childbearing and who attend hospitals and clinics specialized in infertility and obstetrics? 2. Are there differences in the level of psychological adjustment among women who are late in childbearing according to the educational level (primary / intermediate / secondary / university)? 3. Are there differences in the level of psychological adjustment among women who are late in childbearing according to age (from 18 to 30 / from 31 to 40 / 41 and above)? 4. Are there differences between the average degrees of psychological adjustment among women who are late in childbearing according to residence (independent / with the husband's family)? 5. Are there differences in the level of psychological adjustment among women who are late in childbearing according to years of marriage (from 3 years to 5 / from 6 to 10 / 11 and above)? The study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, where the psychological adjustment scale was applied. The data were processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software SPSS in its version 22, where the following results were reached: - The level of psychological adjustment was high among women who are late in childbearing. - There are no differences between the average degrees of psychological adjustment among women who are late in childbearing according to the educational level. - There are no differences in the level of psychological adjustment among women who are late in childbearing according to age. - There are no differences in the level of psychological adjustment among women who are late in childbearing according to the type of family (nuclear, extended). - There are no differences in the level of psychological adjustment among women who are late in childbearing according to the number of years of marriage.
