Impact des langues nationales d’Algérie sur l’usage du français correct dans les entreprises économique au Sud-Est

Abstract

Among so many reasons which are at the base of the problems related to the correct use of French in the Algerian companies, are those caused by the national languages, these languages which are already installed at the base and which will be later confronted with French which is the language of ordinary use. The main objective of this work is therefore to show the impact of the local Algerian languages on the correct use of French in companies in Algeria and to propose possible solutions. To achieve this objective, we used a methodology centered on documentary research, observation, and on the investigation carried out starting from two questionnaires subjected to the persons in charge and the collaborators of the company of Earthworks and Roadworks Wilaya of Ouargla. These research tools used have allowed us to clarify some concepts and to make the state of the art of knowledge on the subject. From the analysis of the collected data, it appears that there are indeed interferences of the local languages during the communication of the employees in their sector of work in Algeria and that influences the correct use of French. To overcome this situation, we have proposed some approaches to solutions at the end of our work.

Parmi tant de raisons qui sont à la base des problèmes liés à l’usage correct du français dans les entreprises algériennes, figurent celles causées par les langues nationales, ces langues qui sont déjà installées à la base et qui seront plus tard confrontées au français qui est la langue d’usage ordinaire. Ce travail a donc pour principal objectif de montrer l’impact des langues locales algériennes sur l’usage correct du français dans cette dans les entreprises en Algérie et de proposer des pistes de solutions. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons employé une méthodologie centrée sur la recherche documentaire, l’observation, et sur l’enquête réalisée à partir de deux questionnaires soumis aux responsables et aux collaborateurs de l’entreprise de Terrassement et Travaux Routière Wilaya de Ouargla ETTR. Ces instruments de recherches utilisés nous ont permis de clarifier quelques concepts et de faire l’état des lieux des connaissances sur le sujet. De l’analyse des données recueillies, il ressort qu’il existe bien des interférences des langues locales lors de la communication des employés dans leur secteur de travail en Algérie et cela influence l’usage correct du Français. Pour pallier cette situation, nous avons proposé quelques approches de solutions à la fin de notre travail.

من بين الأسباب العديدة التي تكمن في أساس المشاكل المتعلقة بالاستخدام الصحيح للغة الفرنسية في الشركات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، تظهر تلك التي تسببها اللغات الوطنية، وهي اللغات سابقة الوجود بالأصل محليا، والتي ستواجه لاحقًا اللغة الفرنسية التي هي لغة الاستخدام العادي. ولذلك فإن الهدف الرئيسي من هذا العمل هو إظهار تأثير اللغات الجزائرية المحلية على الاستخدام الصحيح للفرنسية في بعض الشركات في الجزائر واقتراح الحلول الممكنة. لتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدمنا منهجية تتمحور حول البحث الوثائقي والملاحظة واستطلاع تم إجراؤه عبر استبيانين تم تقديمهما إلى مديري وموظفي شركة) «مؤسسة Terrassement et Travaux Routière « ETTR) في ولاية ورقلة، الجزائر. أتاحت لنا أدوات البحث هذه توضيح بعض المفاهيم وأخذ الكثير من الأفكار حول هذا الموضوع. ويبدو من تحليل البيانات المجمعة أن هناك تدخلاً كبيراً في اللغات المحلية أثناء إبلاغ الموظفين في قطاع عملهم في الجزائر، وهذا يؤثر على الاستخدام الصحيح للفرنسية. وللتغلب على هذه الحالة، اقترحنا عددا من الحلول في نهاية عملنا.
