الالتزام التنظيمي وعلاقته بالدافعية للانجاز لدى موظفي جامعة ورقلة دراسة ميدانية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الالتزام التنظيمي والدافعية للانجاز لدى موظفي جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة. وللبحث في حيثيات الموضوع اعتمدنا على القواعد النظرية والتطبيقية للمنهج الوصفي. وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قومها (133) موظف باستخدام مقياسي الالتزام التنظيمي والدافعية للانجاز وبعد المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات توصلنا الى النتائج التالية: - مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى موظفي جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة مرتفع. - مستوى الدافعية للانجاز لدى موظفي جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة مرتفع. توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين الالتزام التنظيمي ودافعية للانجاز لدى موظفي جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. - لا توجد فروق في مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى موظفي جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة تعزى الجنس والسن. - توجد فروق في مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى موظفي جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة تعزى لمتغير الاقدمية. - لا توجد فروق في مستوى الدافعية للانجاز لدى موظفي جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة تعزى لمتغير الجنس و السن والاقدمية. وتم مناقشة وتفسير نتائج دراستنا على ضوء ما جاء في الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة.

The current study aims to identify the relationship between organizational commitment and motivation for achievement among the employees of the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. To research the merits of the subject, we relied on the theoretical and applied rules of the descriptive approach. The study was applied to a sample of (133) employees using the organizational commitment and achievement motivation measures After statistical processing of the data, we reached the following results: - The level of organizational commitment among the staff of the faculties of the Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla is high. - The level of achievement motivation among faculty staff at Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla is high. There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational commitment and motivation for achievement among faculty staff at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. - There are no differences in the level of organizational commitment among faculty staff at Kasdi Merbah University Ouargla due to gender, age and seniority. - There are no differences in the level of motivation for achievement among the faculty staff at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla due to the variables of gender, age and seniority. The results of our study were discussed and interpreted in the light of what came in the theoretical aspect and previous studies
