الابتكارية الانفعالية و علاقتها بالمهارات الاجتماعية لدى مستشاري التوجيه دراسة ميدانية ببعض ثانوياتومتوسطات ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الابتكارية الانفعـالية والمهـارات الاجتماعية، وكذا مستوى كل من الابتكارية الإنفعالية والمهارات الاجتماعية لدى مستشار التوجيه. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 70مستشار توجيه، تـم اختيـارهم بطريقـة عشوائية، من مختلف المؤسسات التربوية متوسطات و ثانويات في ولاية ورقلة. من أجل جمع البيانات تم تطبيق مقیاس بشری خطاب عمر وربيعـة مـانع زیدان2014 لقياس الابتكارية الانفعالية ومقياس رونالد ريجيوriggio (ترجمـة كروم موفق 2017) لقياس المهارات الاجتماعية. لمعالجة البيانات تم اعتماد الأساليب الإحصائية على اختبار"ت" لعينة واحدة لدراسة مستوى الابتكارية الانفعالية و المهارات الاجتماعية، اختبار تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد لدراسة العلاقة بين الابتكارية الانفعالية و المهارات الاجتماعية. تمخضت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الابتكارية الانفعالية و المهارات الاجتماعية كان مرتفعاً، واتضح أيضا وجود علاقة بين بعدي الابتكارية الانفعالية (المرونة و الأصالة) مع المهارات الاجتماعية، و كذلك وجود علاقة منخفضة بين بعد الابتكارية الانفعالية (الفاعلية) مع المهارات الاجتماعية.

The current study aimed to find out the relationship between emotional creativity and social skills, as well as the level of both emotional creativity and social skills of the guidance counselor. The study relied on the descriptive-relational approach, as the study sample consisted of 70 guidance counselors, who were chosen randomly, from various educational institutions, middle and high schools, in the state of Ouargla. To collect data, the Bushra Khattab Omar and Rabia Manea Zaidan 2014 scale was used to measure emotional creativity, and the Ronald Rigio riggio scale (Translated by Krum Mouwafak 2017) to measure social skills. To process the data, the statistical methods were relied on a single-sample "T" test to study the level of emotional creativity and social skills, and a multiple linear regression analysis test to study the relationship between emotional creativity and social skills. The study concluded that the level of emotional creativity and social skills was high, and it was also clear that there was a relationship between the two dimensions of emotional creativity (flexibility and originality) with social skills, as well as a low relationship between the dimension of emotional creativity (effectiveness) with social skills.
