المرونة النفسية لدى الممرضين والممرضات المناوبين ليلا بمستشفى سليمان عميرات– تقرت

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا الحالية إلى معرفة المرونة النفسية لدى الممرضين والممرضات المناوبين ليلا،كما تهدف إلى الكشف عن مستوى المرونة النفسية ، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في المرونة النفسية لدى الممرضين والممرضات تعزى لمتغير الجنس والسن . حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 60 ممرض وممرضة من مستشفى سليمان عميراتبتقرتو تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية و لجمع المعلومات تم تطبيق مقياس المرونة النفسية محمد الشبول لانا باسل واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي و لمعالجة البيانات و تحليلها إحصائيا تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS20. وقد أسفرت النتائج على مايلي: 1. وجود مستوى مرتفع للمرونة النفسية لدى الممرضين و الممرضات. 2. كما بينت النتائج على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الجنس والسن.

Our current study aimed to know the psychological resilience of male and female nurses on duty at night, reveal the level of psychological resilience and identify the presence of statistically significant differences in the psychological resilience of male and female nurses due to the variable of sex and age. Where the study sample consisted of 60 male and female nurses from Suleiman Amirat Hospital, and they were chosen in an intentional manner To collect information, the psychological resilience scale of Al-shboullanabasel , and we relied on the exploratory descriptive approach, and to process the data and analyze it statistically, the statistical program for social sciences SPSS20 was used. The results are as follows: - There is high level of psychological resilience among male and female nurses the night shifts. - The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences among the sample members due to the variables of sex and age.
