النظام القانون لمحكمة الجنايات في ظل مبدأ التقاضي على درجتين

Abstract

ملخص تبنى المشرع الجزائري نظام التقاضي على درجتين في القضاء الجزائري في مــــواد الجنايــــات بعد تعديــــل قانون الإجـــراءات الجزائية بموجب القانون رقم 17-07 المؤرخ فـــــي 27 مارس 2017 وذلك بعد إعلان المشرع الدستوري تجسيدا لمبدأ التقاضي على درجتين المستمد أحكامه من المواثيق و المعاهدات الدولية يهدف من وراءه إلى تأكيد ضرورة ضمان المحاكمة العادلة على درجتين للمتهم في المادة الجنائية .
