بعض المشكلات النفسية لدى مدمني المواد ذات التأثير النفسي دراسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

يعتبر الإدمان على المواد ذات التأثير النفسي من المشكلات التي أرقت المجتمعات منذ الأزل، وقد عرفت انتشارا رهيبا وغير مسبوق في الآونة الأخيرة ، ويمكن أن يؤدي إلى العديد من المشكلات النفسية وكذا الجسدية ، و من أهمها القلق - الاكتئاب و غيرها الكثير الاضطرابات النفسية الأخرى، فالإدمان يؤدي إلى تدهور الحالة النفسية للفئة المدمنة ، و نذكر منها الأعراض الانسحابية عند الابتعاد أو النقص في تلك المادة . و قد هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على بعض المشاكل النفسية لدى مدمني المواد ذات التأثير النفسي، واستندنا على المنهج العيادي حيث تمثلت عينة الدراسة في مدمني المواد ذات التأثير النفسي الذين يتلقون العلاج حاليا داخل مركز الوسيط لعاج الإدمان -ورقلة– .ولتحقيق أهداف هذا البحث تم استخدام أدوات الدراسة والتي تجسدت في مقياس تايلور للقلق ومقياس بيك للاكتئاب إضافة إلى المقابلة النصف موجهة والملاحظة وقد كان الهدف منها هو التعرف ببعض المشكلات لدى الفرد المدمن على هذه المواد من خلال طرح التساؤلات التالية: 1. ما هى أنواع الاضطرابات النفسية التى تواجه الشباب المدمن ؟ 2. ما هي آثار الإدمان النفسية المصاحبة لحالتي الدراسة ؟ قد قمنا كذلك باختبار فرضيات الدراسة فتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: 1. يؤدى الاكتئاب والقلق إلى الإدمان. 2. يؤدى الإدمان إلى أمراض جسدية .

Addiction to psychoactive substances has been one of the most pressing prob-lems for societies since ancient times. It has seen a terrible and unprecedented spread in recent times and can lead to many psychological and physical prob-lems. Among the most important problems are anxiety, depression, and many other psychological disorders. Addiction leads to the deterioration of the psy-chological state of the addicted group, and we mention among them the with-drawal symptoms when they are away from or have a reduction in that sub-stance. This study has aimed to identify some of the problems that individuals addicted to these substances face by asking the following questions: 1. What are the types of psychological disorders facing addicted youth? 2. What are the psychological effects of addiction associated with the two study cases? We have also tested the hypotheses of the study and have reached the follow-ing results: 1. Depression and anxiety lead to addiction. 2. Addiction leads to physical illnesses.
