اثر القرار التمويلي على الاداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر خلال الفترة (2018-2021)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر قرار تمويلي على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاتصالات الجزائر خلال الفترة (2018-2021)، وحاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة المتمثلة في إلى أي مدى يؤثر قرار التمويل على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاتصالات الجزائر؟ وذلك من خلال ابراز مصادر التمويل والتعريف بقرار التمويلي ومحدداته، وتطرق الى مفهوم الأداء المالي ومؤشراته، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري وعلى أسلوب دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي. توصلت الدراسة الى ان مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر تعتمد على التمويل الذاتي والمتمثل في التمويل المؤسسة من خلال مواردها الداخلية المصدر الأول للتمويل وتعتمد أيضا على الاستدانة كمصدر الثاني للتمويل، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن كوفيد 19 أثر بشكل سلبي على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة خلال سنتي (2020-2021)، كما استخلصنا ان قرار تمويل يؤثر على الأداء المالي.

This study aims to find out the impact of a financing decision on the financial performance of Algeria Telecom Corporation during the period (2018-2021), and we tried through this study to answer the problem posed by the extent to which the financing decision affects the financial performance of Algeria Telecom? This is done by highlighting the sources of funding and introducing the financing decision and its determinants, and touched on the concept of financial performance and its indicators, relying on the descriptive analytical approach on the theoretical side and on the method of a case study on the applied side. In the end, we concluded that Algeria Telecom relies on self-financing, which is represented in financing the institution through its internal resources, the first source of funding, and also depends on debt as the second source of funding, in addition to that, we concluded that Covid 19 affected the performance of the institution by a small percentage during the years (2020-2021) ،and we also concluded that a financing decision affects financial performance.
