أهمية التنبؤ بالتكاليف في اتخاذ قرار استغلال الحقول البترولية دراسة حالة مجمع سونطراك ايني خلال 2022

Abstract

تعتبر عملية التنبؤ بالتكاليف وتحليلها بدقة أداة فعالة بإمكانها أن توفر لإدارة الشركات رؤية شاملة للأنشطة والعمليات وتوجيهها في اتخاذ القرارات المستدامة والفعّالة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز أهمية التنبؤ بالتكاليف في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية كقرار استغلال الحقول النفطية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وذلك لدراسة حالة مجمع سوناطراك إيني خلال العام 2022. وخلصت الدراسة الى ان اتخاذ قرار الاستثمار قرارا جد حساس ويخضع لعدة عوامل، واهمها هي عملية التنبؤ الجيد بالتكاليف المستقبلية والتي على ضوئها يتبين مدى ربحية المشروع وجدوى الاستثمار، بل وتعتبر الخطوة الأولى التي ينطلق منها المستثمر في دراسة عملية اتخاذ قرار الاستثمار من عدمه.

Cost forecasting and their analysis are considered effective tools that can provide companies' management with a comprehensive view of activities and operations, guiding them in making sustainable and effective decisions. This study aims to highlight the importance of cost forecasting in making strategic decisions, such as the decision of oil fields exploitation. The descriptive method was adopted to study the case of Sonatrach-Eni group during the year 2022. The study concludes that investment decisions are sensitive and subject to several factors, including good cost forecasting, which determines the project's profitability and investment feasibility. It is also the first step for an investor to study the investment decision-making process.
