المراجعة الخارجية وتأثيرها في تحسين الأداء المالي دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن الواحات -تقرت

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تأثير المراجع الخارجي في تحسين الأداء المالي بمؤسسة مطاحن الواحات تقرت، حيث تطرقنا في الجانب النظري إلى الإطار العام لمراجعة الخارجية وأشرنا الى دراسة الأداء وتقييمه، أما في الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة الذي هو في الحقيقة انعكاس للجانب النظري، قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة مطاحن الواحات تقرت. وتوصلنا إلى أن كفاءة المراجع الخارجي تساهم بشكل كبير في الكشف عن مواطن الضعف فالتسيير حيث أنها تساعد في تحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، كما قدمنا مجموعة من التوصيات منها ضرورة الاهتمام الكبير بموضوع الأداء المالي فالمؤسسة

This study aimed to highlight the impact of the external auditor in improving the financial performance of the Touggourt Oasis Mills Corporation, where we touched on the theoretical side of the general framework for external review and referred to the performance study and evaluation, while in the applied side of the study, which is in fact a reflection of the theoretical side, we conducted a field study of the Oasis Mills Touggourt Corporation. We found that the efficiency of the external auditor contributes significantly to the detection of weaknesses in management, as it helps to improve the financial performance of the economic institution, and we also made a set of recommendations, including the need to pay great attention to the issue of financial performance in the institution.
