| Abstract: | This study aims to deal with the level of Quality of work life among dental hygienists in dental hospital ,Oran. In this descriptive study, we used questionnaire it was distributed on a random sample of(30)dental hygienists. The data were analyzed by SPSS. The study proved that there is High level of quality of work life for dental hygienists. |
