الذكاء الاصطناعي في الأسواق المالية

Abstract

الملخص˸انتشر مؤخرا مصطلح الذكاء الاصطناعي والذي يعرف على انه مجموعة من البرمجيات والتطبيقات المتنوعة التي تمنح الآلات وأجهزة الحواسيب قدرات خاصة تحاكي الدماغ البشري.حيث انه يدخل في العديد من المجالات منها الأسواق المالية والتي احدث فيها قفزة نوعية في تحسين جودة العمل وإتمام العمليات البورصية وكذا التنبؤ بالأسعار وحركة السوق المالي ومع توسع رقعة استعمالاته في هذا المجال أصبح حتميا أن يكون له أثارو مسؤوليات قانونية لابد أن يتم تنظيمها كي لا تكون هناك تجاوزات للذكاء الاصطناعي في الأسواق المالية محليا ودوليا.

Résumé˸ Récemment, le terme intelligence artificielle s'est répandu, qui est défini comme un ensemble de logiciels et applications qui donnent aux machines et aux ordinateurs des capacités spéciales qui simulent le cerveau humain. Qui entrant dans de nombreux domaines, dont les marchés financiers, où elle a fait un saut qualitatif dans l'amélioration de la qualité du travail et la réalisation d'opérations boursières, ainsi que dans la prévision des prix et de l'évolution du marché financier, et avec l'expansion de l’IA dans ce domaine, il devenait inévitable qu'elle ait des effets juridiques et des responsabilités qu'il fallait organiser pour ne pas qu'il y ait des abus de l'intelligence artificielle sur les marchés financiers, tant au niveau local qu'international .

Abstract˸ Recently, the term artificial intelligence has spread, which is defined as a group of software and applications that give machines and computers special capabilities that simulate the human brain. As it enters many areas, including financial markets, it made a quantum leap in improving work quality, completing stock exchange operations, as well as predicting prices. And the movement of the financial market, and with the expansion of its uses in this field, has become inevitable to have legal implications and responsibilities that must be organized so that there are no abuses of artificial intelligence in the financial markets, locally and internationally
