إسهام المدير في الأداء البيداغوجي للأساتذة الجدد (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المدراء والأساتذة الجدد بمنطقة بني ثور ورقلة)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة المدير في الأداء البيداغوجي للمعلم الجديد، انطلقت من تساؤل الرئيسي هل يساهم المدير في الأداء البيداغوجي للمعلم الجديد بمدينة ورقلة؟ والذي تفرع إلى أسئلة فرعية، وهي: هل تساهم الرقابة الإدارية في أداء البيداغوجي للمعلمين الجدد بمدينة ورقلة؟ هل يؤثر التنسيق الإداري في الأداء البيداغوجي للمعلمين الجدد بمدينة ورقلة؟ حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد وزعت الاستبيان على مدراء الابتدائيات في ورقلة بني ثور والبالغ عددهم 8، حيث وزعت الاستبيان أيضا على المعلمين الجدد والبالغ عددهم 12 معلمين جدد، كما استخدمت المسح الشامل، وهذا لقلة العدد، مجتمع البحث التي أسفرت عنه الخروج بالنتائج التالي: وبعد الدراسة الميدانية وتحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة عامة مفادها أنالرقابة الإدارية تسعى إلى تكوين الأساتذة الجدد بيداغوجيا، وذلك بأداء المهام التي يوليها المدير من زيارات صفية توجيهية داخل الصف الدراسي، ومناقشته حول الخطط الدراسية التي يقوم بها الأستاذ الجديد خلال العام الدراسي.

This study was aimed at identifying the director's contribution to the pedagogical performance of the new teacher. I started from the main question of whether the director contributes to the pedagogical performance of the new teacher in WargahCity? Which branches into sub-questions, namely: Does administrative oversight contribute to pedagogical performance for new teachers? Does administrative coordination affect the pedagogical performance of new teachers in ouargla? The study relied on the prescriptive curriculum and used the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed to the 8 primary managers in ouarglaBani Thor. The questionnaire was also distributed to the 12 new teachers, and the comprehensive survey was used, for a small number, by the research community, which produced the following results: It contributes, and administrative control, to the pedagogical coordination of new teachers. After field study and data analysis, the study reached the general conclusion that administrative oversight seeks to form new pedagogical professors by performing the tasks given by the director from orientation class visits within the classroom and by discussing the new professor's study plans during the academic year.
