Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الترقية ومدى تأثيرها على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي في مركز البحث النووي بالجزائر العاصمة، ومن اجل ذلك قام الباحثين باختيار عينة عشوائية عددها 60 عامل من مجتمع الدراسة والمتمثل في فئة الموظفين في المركز، حيث وزعت عليهم إستبانة وأعتمد الباحثين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في اختبار فرضياته .(SPSS) شملت ( 18 ) عبارة، وبعد جمعها تم معالجتها باستعمال البرنامج الإحصائي وتوصلنا إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات الميدانية، من أجل تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات للاسترشاد من شأا تحسين مستوى الرضا الموظفين في المركز من خلال تطوير نظام الحوافز والترقيات مع مراعاة كفاءات وقدرات العاملينThis study aimed to identify the reality of promotion and its impact on job satisfaction at the Nuclear Research Center in Algiers, and for that, the researchers selected a random sample of 60 workers from the study population, represented in the category of employees in the center, where a questionnaire was distributed to them that included (18) items. After collecting it, it was processed using the statistical program (SPSS). ). The researchers relied on the analytical descriptive approach in testing its hypotheses, and we reached a set of field conclusions, in order to present a set of proposals to guide them in their attempt to gain employee satisfaction in the center through improving and developing the system of incentives and promotions, taking into account the competencies and capabilities of the employees |
