الصحة النفسية لدى الشباب المدخنين - دراسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الصحة النفسية بأبعادها لدى الشباب المدمنين على التدخين وانطلقت من التساؤل الرئيسي مفاده كتالي: ما مستوى معاناة الشباب المدخن من الإدمان بمدينة ورقلة ؟ ما مستوى الصحة النفسية بأبعادها لدى الشباب المدخن بمدينة ورقلة؟ هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية بأبعادها لدى الشباب المدخنين باختلاف درجة الإدمان. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية بأبعادها لدى الشباب المدخنين تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية بأبعادها لدى الشباب المدخنين تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية ولتحقق من صحة هذه الدراسة وفرضياتها اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام مقياس الصحة النفسية المعدل بأبعاده (الأعراض الجسمانية, الاكتئاب, القلق, العداوة) ومقياس الإدمان وتمت هذه الدراسة على عينة قوامها 120 شباب مدخن من مدينة ورقلة, وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1. مستوى معاناة الشباب المدخن من الإدمان منخفضة 2. مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى الشباب المدخنين أعلى من المتوسط. 3. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية بأبعادها لدى الشباب المدخنين باختلاف درجة الإدمان بمدينة ورقلة. 4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية بأبعادها لدى الشباب المدخنين تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي بمدينة ورقلة. 5.لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية بأبعادها لدى الشباب المدخنين تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية بمدينة ورقلة.

The current study aimed to know the level of mental health in its dimensions among young people addicted to smoking. It started from the main question as follows: What is the level of suffering of young smokers from addiction in the city of Ouargla? What is the level of mental health in its dimensions among young smokers in the city of Ouargla? In order to verify the validity of this study and its hypotheses, we relied on the descriptive approach using the modified mental health scale with its dimensions (physical symptoms, depression, anxiety, hostility) and the addiction scale. This study was conducted on a sample of 120 young smokers from the city of Ouargla This study reached the following results: - 1. The level of addiction among young smokers is low. - 2. The level of mental health among young smokers is higher than the average. - 3. There are statistically significant differences in mental health dimensions among young smokers, according to the degree of addiction. - 4. There are no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of mental health among young smokers due to the educational level variable. - 5. There are no statistically significant differences in the mental health dimensions of young smokers due to the social status variable.
