الذكاء الإنفعالي لدى المرآة العاملة وعلاقته بالتوافق الزواجي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من النساء العاملات المتزوجات

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف عن علاقة الذكاء الانفعالي بالتوافق الزواجي لدى النساء المتزوجات العاملات، والكشف على مستويات الذكاء الانفعالي والتوافق الزواجي، والتي يمكن أن تعزى إلى السن المستوى التعليمي، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة( 120) من النساء العاملات المتزوجات بمختلف القطاعات، وقد استخدمت الباحثتان مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي من إعداد شوت وآخرون (1998), ومقياس التوافق الزواجي من إعداد أمينة عيسى محمد علي (2022) وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي والتوافق الزواجي. - عدم وجود فروق إحصائية في التوافق الزواجي تبعا لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الذكاء الانفعالي تبعا لمتغير المستوى التعليمي لصالح الثانوي ثم ليسانس ثم ماستر ثم المتوسط . - عدم وجود فروق كل من التوافق الزواجي والذكاء الانفعالي تبعا لمتغير السن لدى المرأة العاملة.

The study is ained to identify emotional intelligence in mariatal compatibility among working married women, and to reveal levels of emotional intelligence and marital compatibility which can be concluded to age and educational level, and sample of the study reached(120) working married women of different sector, and researchers used scale of intelligence by chot(1998) and scale of mariatalcompatibility byaminaaissaali(2022) ,therfore results was as follows: *Ther is statistically significant correlational relationship between emotional intelligence and mariatal compatibility -The absens of any diffirences is mariatalcompatibility according to variable of educational level *The existance of statistical differences is emotionalintelligence according to variable of educational level for high school, bachelor level, master level, thenmiddlle school *The lock of differences in both marriatal compatibility and emotionintelligence according to variable of age for working women
