Abstract

إن دراستنا لموضوع الإنعكاسات الإجتماعية لمرض سرطان الأطفال على الأسرة تهدف إلى معرفة فيما تمثلت الإنعكاسات الثقافية لمرض سرطان الأطفال على الأسرة، ومنه أردنا معرفة ما أحدثه مرض سرطان الاطفال على الأسرة من تغيرات إجتماعية وقد أجرينا الدراسةخلالالسنةالجامعية 2022/2023 على عينة مكونة من 11 أم لديها طفل مصاب بالسرطان بمركز مكافحة السرطان الشهيد رزقي بشير الوادي معتمدين علىالمنهــج الوصفـيوالمقابلة كأداة أساسية وحللنا مضمون المقابلات الميدانية بتقنية تحليل المحتوى وقدتوصلت الدراسةإلىالنتائجالآتية:

Our study of the social repercussions of children's cancer on the family aims to know the cultural repercussions of children's cancer on the family, and from it we wanted to know the social changes caused by children's cancer on the family. We conducted the study during the academic year 2022/2023 on a sample of 11 mothers who had a child with cancer at the Shahid Rizqi Bashir Al-Wadi Cancer Control Center, relying on the descriptive approach and the interview as a basic tool. We analyzed the content of the field interviews using a content analysis technique. The study reached the following results: _ That cancer was culturally reflected on the family, as the disease changed the mothers’ understanding of it and their dealings with the child and the disease, in addition to identifying the extent of mothers’ faith in such a circumstance. _Cancer affected the family economically, as it was found that the disease had caused a crisis in the family budget, as it was difficult for them to deal with its costs due to their difficult economic situation. _ Cancer affected the family relationally to a large extent, as it caused a change in the interactions of society with the patient's family and the patient, and rearranged new interactions and dealings for these families.
