دور التشخيص التطوري في تسيير عناصر دورة الاستغلال دراسة حالة الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز - الطاقات المتجددة وحدة تقرت SER/UPSE خلال الفترة (2018-2022)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى ابراز اهمية التشخيص التطوري لدراسة الوضع المالي من اجل التسيير الأمثل لعناصر دورة الاستغلال للشركات الوطنية ذات طابع اقتصادي من خلال تحديد مدى التطور المالي في شركة سونلغاز-الطاقات المتجدد وحدة تقرت خلال الفترة 2018-2022 وذلك باستخدام عملية تحليل القوائم المالية للشركة والمتمثلة في الميزانية المحاسبية وجدول حساب النتائج للسنوات الـ 5 الأخيرة، وتوصلت الدراسة الى: - الاستراتيجيات المالية لشركة سونلغاز-الطاقات المتجددة وحدة تقرت تؤثر بصفة مباشرة على عناصر دورة الاستغلال كما تؤدي التغيرات المستمرة في الهيكلة الى عدم تحقيق توازن في دورة الاستغلال وهذا ما ينتج عنه صعوبة في تقدير الوضع المالي ؛ - لابد من تفعيل التشخيص التطوري للشركة للوصول الى نتائج عن الوضع المالي ولابد من تحيين في السياسية المالية من اجل تحسين في السيولة، بالإضافة الى ان طبيعية الشركة محل الدراسة تعتمد على التمويل من المديرية العامة والتي تعتبر كنقطة قوة تمكنها من تجنب حالة العسر المالي دائما

This study aims to prove the importance was to highlight the importance of evolutionary diagnosis in analyzing the financial situation for optimal management of the exploitation cycle elements of national companies with an economic character. This was achieved by determining the financial development of Sonelgaz company’s Renewable Energy Unit in Touggourt during the period of 2018-2022, using financial statement analysis including the accounting budget and results table for the last 5 years, as well as conducting interviews with company employees: The financial strategies of Sonelgaz Company’s Renewable Energy Unit in Touggourt directly affect the exploitation cycle elements, and continuous restructuring can lead to an imbalance in the exploitation cycle, making it difficult to assess the financial situation. The study found that activating evolutionary diagnosis is necessary to obtain results on the financial situation, and updating financial policies is necessary to improve liquidity. Additionally, the company’s funding from the General Directorate is a strength that helps it avoid financial difficulties
