تقدير الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف تقدير الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بثانويات مدينة ورقلة، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس و المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الأقدمية، استخدم الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي مستعملا استبيان متبنى لصاحبه بحفص بن كريمة بعنوان "تشخيص الاحتياجات التدريبية من الكفايات التدريسية " ، حيث تضمن الاستبيان )25 ( كفاية، موزعة على )03 ( أبعاد هي: التخطيط للدرس )05 ( فقرات، تنفيد الدرس ( 15 ) فقرة، تقويم الدرس ( 5 ) فقرات، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكو مترية للأداة، تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها)100( أستاذ وأستاذة بطريقة عرضية ، وبعد البحث النظري والتطبيقي توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: _ أن الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى أفراد العينة جاء منخفض. _ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. _ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي،كانت لصالح حاملي شهادة الماستر _ توجد فروق دالة إحصائية في درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الأقدمية كانت لصالح الفئة أكثر من 15 سنة. وعلى أساس هذه النتائج انتهت درستنا بجملة من المقترحات يمكن توظيفها في الجانب الميداني أو في الدارسات المستقبلية.

The current study aimed to explore the assessment of training needs among secondary education teachers in the secondary schools of the city of Ouargla, and to find out whether there are differences due to the variable of gender, educational qualification and years of seniority. " Diagnosing the training needs of teaching competencies " , as the questionnaire included ( 25 ) adequacy, distributed over ( 03 ) dimensions: planning the lesson ( 05 ) items, implementing the lesson (15) items, evaluating the lesson (5) items, and after checking the characteristics Psychometric of the tool, it was applied to a sample of ( 100 ) male and female professors in an accidental way, and after theoretical and applied research, the study reached the following results: _ The training needs of the sample members were low. _ There are statistically significant differences in the degree of training needs among secondary education teachers in the city of Ouargla due to the gender variable in favor of males. _ There are statistically significant differences in the degree of training needs among secondary education teachers in the city of Ouargla, due to the educational qualification variable , in favor of holders of a master's degree. _ There are statistically significant differences in the degree of training needs among secondary education teachers in the city of Ouargla, due to the variable years of seniority, in favor of the category more than 15 years. On the basis of these results, our study concluded with a set of proposals that can be used in the field or in future studies
