دراسة كرونولوجية لحوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الابار (E.N.T.P)

Abstract

الدراسة الحالية هي دراسة كرونولوجية لحوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2016 إلى غاية 2021 والهدف منها هو إيجاد التوجه العام لعدد لحوادث العمل المسجلة بالإضافة إلى الأنماط المحتملة لوقوعها خلال الزمن ، وهذا بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التتبعي حيث تم الحصول على بيانات الدراسة من خلال قواعد البيانات الخاصة بمديرية الجودة ،الصحة ، السلامة والبيئة بالمؤسسة، ليتم فيما بعد معالجتها وتبويبها تحضيرا لتحليلها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة ( مقاييس النزعة المركزية ، مقاييس التشتت وتحليل السلاسل الزمنية ). أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها هي تراجع ملحوظ في عدد حوادث العمل خلال المدة موضوع الدراسة ،بالإضافة إلى تمايز فترات خلال اليوم بارتفاع حوادث العمل مقارنة بغيرها خاصة الساعة العاشرة صباحا، كذلك تمايز فصلي الشتاء والصيف بارتفاع نسبة الحوادث بهما، لتتم مناقشة النتائج السابقة من منظور سيكولوجي و في ضوء مجموعة من الدراسات السابقة ،ويتم بعدها تقديم مقترحات أهمها كانت ضرورة التركيز على التكوين والتوعية المستمرين للعمال ومشرفيهم حول مميزات الفترات التي تعرف ارتفاعا في حوادث العمل بالإضافة إلى تكييف أساليب العمل في هذه الفترات بهدف التقليل من خطر التعرض للحوادث وكذا ضرورة التقيد بمعايير السلامة وهذا بالأخذ بعين الاعتبار الجوانب النفسية وإيلائها الاهتمام اللازم .

The current study is a chronological study of work place accidents at the National Company for Works in Wells during the period from 2016 to 2021. The aim is to find the general trend of the number of recorded work place accidents, in addition to the possible patterns of their occurrence during time. Through the databases of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment direction in the company to be processed and classified later in preparation for analysis using appropriate statistical methods (measures of central tendency parameters , measures of dispersion parameters and time series analysis). The most important results obtained are a significant decline in the number of work place accidents during the period under study, in addition to the differentiation of periods during the day with an increase in work accidents compared to the last of day , especially at ten in the morning, as well as the differentiation of the winter and summer seasons by an increase in the percentage of works place accidents in them, so that the previous results are discussed from a psychological perspective and in the light of a group of previous studies, several proposals were given, the most important was the need to focus on the continuous training and awareness of workers and their supervisors about the characteristics of periods that know an increase in work place accidents, in addition to adapting work methods in these periods in order to reduce the risk of exposure to accidents, as well as the need to adhere to safety standards, and this is by taking Considering the psychological aspects and giving them the necessary attention
