تقييم الجوانب الصحية والأمن والسلامة للمنشآت والملاعب الرياضية ببعض معاهد التربية البدنية والرياضية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة

Abstract

وتهدف الدراسة التي بين أيدينا إلى محاولة معرفة مدى تقيم الجوانب الصحية والامن والسلامة للمنشآت والملاعب الرياضية ببعض معاهد التربية الرياضية في ضوء معايير الجودة، ولأجل ذلك اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 45 أستاذ، واستعملنا لجمع البيانات استمارة الاستبيان، واستخدمنا لتحويل البيانات الى نتائج إحصائية معامل (الصدق، الثبات، معامل الارتباط البسيط لبيرسون)، وجاءت أهم نتائج الدراسة ان النسبة الأكبر من الأساتذة والتي تمثل 56% يرون أن لديهم المفهوم الكافي حول معنى الجودة الشاملة، وان المنشأة الرياضية لا تستغل كافة مواردها لأقصى حد، اما اهم الاقتراحات والتوصيات فتمثلت بداية بأهمية فهم الإدارة في المنشآت الرياضية لفلسفة الجودة الشاملة ومجالاتها، وماذا ستقدم لذا من إضافات، وانه جب على الإدارة الرياضية استيعاب أهمية الجودة الشاملة كنظرية إدارية عالمية أضافت الكثير من التميز للمؤسسات المختلفة، الصناعية منها والتجارية وحتى الصحية، وأنها بلا شك ستضيف الكثير من التميز لإدارة المنشآت الرياضية في ميدان الامن والسلامة.The study in our hands aims to try to find out the extent to which the health, security and safety aspects of sports facilities and stadiums in some institutes of physical education are assessed in the light of quality standards. Statistical results of the coefficient (honesty, reliability, Pearson's simple correlation coefficient), and the most important results of the study came that the largest percentage of professors, which represents 56%, believe that they have an adequate understanding of the meaning of total quality, and that the sports facility does not utilize all its resources to the maximum extent. The most important suggestions The recommendations were initially represented in the importance of management understanding in sports facilities of the philosophy of total quality and its fields, and what additions will be provided for that, and that sports management must absorb the importance of total quality as a global management theory that has added a lot of distinction to various institutions, industrial, commercial and even health, and it will undoubtedly add a lot Of distinction for the management of sports facilities in the field of security and safety.
