مشكلات الإدارة الصفية من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي دراسة ميدانية ببعض إبتدائيات مدينة تقرت

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على طبيعة مشكلات الإدارة الصفية من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة تقرت، وهذا من خلال محاولة الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية: - ما طبيعة مشكلات الإدارة الصفية من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي ؟ -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حول مشكلات الإدارة الصفية، باختلاف تكوين الأستاذ ؟ -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حول مشكلات الإدارة الصفية، باختلاف سنوات الخدمة ؟ -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حول مشكلات الإدارة الصفية، باختلاف تعداد التلاميذ داخل الحجرة الدراسية؟ و لقياس فرضيات الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي وأجريت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من 130أستاذوأستاذة. استخدمت الدراسة الحالية استبيان للطالبة بوكرة (2015) حول مشكلات الإدارة الصفية وتم تعديله، يتضمن31بند موزع على بعدين وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية spss.و توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -طبيعة مشكلات الإدارة الصفية من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي سلبية. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حول مشكلات الإدارة الصفية، باختلاف تكوين الأستاذ. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حول مشكلات الإدارة الصفية، باختلاف سنوات الخدمة. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حول مشكلات الإدارة الصفية، باختلاف تعداد التلاميذ داخل الحجرة الدراسية. نوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري للموضوع والدراسات السابقة و توصلت الدراسة بتقديم جملة من المقترحات الموجهة للباحتين والمختصين.
