رأس المال الفكري وأثره على جودة التعليم العالي دراسة ميدانية لعينة أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير رأس المال الفكري على جودة التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التسيير والعلوم التجارية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بهدف التعبير عن الظاهرة كيفيا وكميا، كما تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي لملائمته لمنهجية IMRAD، أما بخصوص أداة جمع البيانات تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لتحليل تأثير رأس المال الفكري على جودة التعليم العالي بجامعة ورقلة، تم توزيع أداة الاستبيان على أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التسيير والعلوم التجارية بجامعة ورقلة. والبالغ عددهم 50 أستاذ ، وتم تحليل البيانات المجمعة باستخدام مجموعة من المؤشرات الإحصائية بالاستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS V22 ـ من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن رأس المال الفكري يوجد في جميع عينة الدراسة ولكن بشكل غير كاف وهذه النتيجة لا تختلف باختلاف الأقسام ورتب الأساتذة، ونفس النتيجة لمتغير جودة التعليم العالي، بينما يؤثر رأس المال الفكري بدرجة أكبر على جودة التعليم العالي في رأس المال البشري مقارنة برأس المال الهيكلي والزبائني.

The study aimed to identify the extent of the influence of intellectual capital on the quality of higher education from the point of view of the professors of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Management Sciences and Commercial Sciences at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. Due to its suitability to the IMRAD methodology, as for the data tool, the questionnaire tool was used to analyze the impact of intellectual capital on the quality of higher education, University of Ouargla. The questionnaire tool was distributed to the 50 professors of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Management Sciences and Commercial Sciences, University of Ouargla. One of the most important results reached is that intellectual capital is found in all the study sample, but in an insufficient amount, and this result does not differ according to the departments and ranks of professors, and the same result for the quality of higher education variable, while intellectual capital affects more on the quality of higher education in human capital compared to With structural and customer capital.
