الملخص: حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة تحديد طرق تمويل عمليات التجهيز القطاعي و توضيح كيفية تسيير و تنفيذ هذه العمليات مع إظهار خطوات تنفيذها و الجهات المكلفة بتنفيذها حيث تنفذ عمليات التجهيز في شكل مشاريع تجهيز مختلفة و يتم ذلك عن طريق تسيير رخص البرامج و إعتمادات الدفع و الهدف من هذه الدراسة معرفة آليات تنفيذ عمليات التجهيز .
