مستوى الالتزام بمعايير الجودة الشاملة لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات التصنيفية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى التزام أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمعايير الجودة الشاملة في الطور المتوسط لولاية الوادي وذلك من خلال مجالات الدراسة الستة ( الخصائص الشخصية ، و التخطيط للدرس ، و تنفيذ الدرس ، و الإدارة الصفية ، و تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، و التقويم) ، ومعرفة الفروق في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغيرات الشخصية ( المؤهل العلمي ، الخبرة المهنية ) ، فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته مع طبيعة هدف الدراسة ، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور المتوسط لولاية الوادي مقدرة بــــ : 160 أستاذ ، وتم إخضاع البيانات إلى عملية التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( SPSS V 20 ) ، وكانت النتائج المتحصل عليها :  مستوى التزام أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لطور المتوسط لولاية الوادي بمعايير الجودة الشاملة كان متوسط.  توجد فروق في استجابات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لممعايير الجودة الشاملة تبعا لمجالاتها .  توجد فروق في استجابات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لمعايير الجودة الشاملة يعزى إلى متغير الخبرة .  توجد فروق في استجابات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لمعايير الجودة الشاملة يعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي The current study aimed to find out the level of commitment of teachers of physical and sports education to comprehensive quality standards in the middle stage of El-oued state through the six fields of study (personal characteristics, lesson planning, lesson implementation, classroom management, information technology, and evaluation). and knowing the differences in the responses of the study sample individuals according to the personality variables (educational qualification, professional experience), the researcher used the descriptive approach to suit it with the nature of the study objective, the study sample was selected from teachers of physical education and sports in the middle phase of the state of El- oued estimated at : 160 professors , The data was subjected to the process of statistical analysis using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS V 20), and the results obtained were:  The level of commitment of teachers of physical education and sports for the middle stage in El- oued state to the comprehensive quality standards was average.  There are differences in the responses of teachers of physical education and sports to the comprehensive quality standards, depending on their fields.  There are differences in the responses of teachers of physical education and sports to the comprehensive quality standards due to the experience variable.  There are differences in the responses of physical education and sports teachers to the comprehensive quality standards due to the educational qualification variable.
