أثر القيادة الإبداعية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية دراسة ميدانية بالمصحة الطبية الجراحية عادة – ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة لتحديد أثر القيادة الإبداعية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية لدى مصحة الطبية الجراحية عادة حي النصر الخفجي ورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة كآداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، شملت (42) عبارة لجمع البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة التى بلغ عددها (50) مفردة، في ضوء ذلك جرى جمع وتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية والإنسانية SPPS))، هذا وكان من أهم النتائج التى تم التوصل إليها: - اتضح من خلال الدراسة أن هناك مستوى تطبيق عالي لمفهوم القيادة الإبداعية لدى القادة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. - هناك إهتمام كبير لتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة بدرجة عالية؛ - لاتوجد فروق في إجابات المبحوثين حول درجة القيادة الإبداعية بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة الميدانية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية (الأقدمية، المسمى الوظيفي، المصلحة). -توجد فروق بين اجابات المبحوثين حول درجة القيادة الإبداعية بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة الميدانية للمتغيرات الشخصية تعزى (الجنس، السن، مستوى التعليم). - العلاقة الإرتباطية بين القيادة الإبداعية كمتغير مستقل وجودة الخدمات الصحية كمتغير تابع علاقة طردية. - من بين العوامل التى أثرت بشكل مباشر في القيادة الإبداعية تتمثل في البعد الأول الحساسية للمشكلات والبعد الثالث المبادرة من بين الأبعاد الأربعة المكونة للقيادة الابداعية؛ -من خلال الدرجات العالية التى تحصل عليها المتغير المستقل القيادة الإبداعية، والتي مثلتها إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عن أسئلة الاستبانة، يوحي ويؤكد مدى استيعاب العاملين لأبعاد كل من القيادة الإبداعية وجودة الخدمات الصحية بشكل كبير.
