تقييم تجربة المرافقة المقاولاتية في الجزائر دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المقاوليين في حاضنات الأعمال ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم تجربة المرافقة المقاولاتية في الجزائر من خلال التطرق مشتلة المؤسسات ورقلة ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي ( منهج دراسة الحالة و منهج تحليل البيانات ) ، حيث تم تصميم إستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات وكانت الدراسة على عينة متمثلة في 40 مقاول وتم إستخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية ومعالجتها ببرنامجV26SPSSوفدتوصلت الدراسة إلى : - توجد علاقة قوية بين أبعاد تجربة المرافقة المقاولاتية وأداء مشتلة مؤسسات ورقلة؛ - توجد علاقة قوية ذات دلالة معنوية بين الأبعاد ربط العلاقات الخدمات التسيرية الخدمات الإستشارية، الخدمات التكوينية،خدمات توفير المعلومات الخدمات المادية وشخصية المقاول؛ - وجود علاقة قوية بين الأبعاد ووضعية المقاول.

The study aims to evaluate the entrepreneurial support experience in Algeria by addressing the nursery of institutions and Ouargla. To achieve this study, we relied on the descriptive approach (the case study approach and the data analysis approach), where a questionnaire was designed as a main tool for collecting information. The study was on a sample of 40 contractors. A number of statistical methods and processing them with the V26 SPSS program. The study concluded: - There is a strong relationship between the dimensions of the entrepreneurial support experience and the performance of the Ouargla enterprises nursery; - There is a strong, significant relationship between the dimensions of linking relationships, facilitation services, advisory services, training services, information provision services, material services and the personality of the contractor; - There is a strong relationship between the dimensions and the status of the contractor.
