أثر ضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين دراسة ميدانية بشركة انتاج مواد البناء "معكني - SMCO" ورقلة

Abstract

تهـــدف هـــــذه الدراســـــة إلى معرفــــة مدى تــــــأثير ضغــــــوط العمـــــــل عــــلى أداء العـــــاملــــين في المؤسسة، حـــــــيث حـــــاولنــا في هذه الدراسة الكشف عن مدى تأثير ضغوط العمل على أداء العمال، وبشكل أدق الضغوط النفسية وعبء العمل حيث اعتمدنـــــا في معـــــــالجة هـــــذا الموضــــوع على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وشملت الدراسة عينة مكونة من 50 عامل على مستوى مؤسسة إنتاج مواد البناء بورقلة SMCO، وقد تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان تم توزيعها على العينة المدروسة، وفي الاخيـــر توصلنـــا إلى عدة نتـــائج أهمهـــا أن ضغـــوط العمل باختلافهـــا تؤثر سلبـــا في أداء العاملين لعملهم وهذا ما ينعكس سلبا على مردوديتهم وسلوكاتهم وينقص من دافعيتهم، وينعكس على المؤسسة ككل.

This study aims to know the extent of the impact of work pressures on the performance of workers in the organization, where we tried in this study to detect the extent of the impact of work pressures on the performance of workers, and more precisely psychological pressures and workload, where we relied in addressing this issue on the descriptive analytical approach and the study included a sample composed Of 50 workers at the level of the Building Materials Production Corporation in Ouargla SMCO, the questionnaire was relied upon and distributed to the studied sample. Finally, we reached several results, the most important of which is that different work pressures negatively affect the performance of workers for their work, and this is reflected negatively on their productivity and behavior and decreases their their motivation, and is reflected in the institution as a whole.
