Abstract

الخلفية: تعد المرونة النفسية مؤشرا على الصحة النفسية حيث يكون الفرد مستعدا نفسيا لمواجهة الظروف التي تسبب الضغط النفسي، فيخرج من الأزمات بأقل الخسائر بنفسية واعية قوية. الهدف: استكشاف المرونة النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال مصابين بمتلازمة داون. المنهج:بلغ عدد الحالات حالتين( أمهات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة متلازمة داون)، تتراوح أعمارهم مابين 50 و53 عاما، ثم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلة النصف موجهة من أجل البحث، مقياس المرونة النفسية واختبار تفهم الموضوع T.A.T. النتائج: تشير نتائج إلى أن هناك مستوى مرتفع من المرونة النفسية لدى أولياء ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وأنهم يتميزن بالقدرة على التأقلم من الضغوط والقدرة على التعافي من الصدمات. خلاصة: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أمهات الأطفال مصابين بمتلازمة داون بمستوى مرتفع من المرونة النفسية وهذا ما تؤكده الجمعية الأمريكية لعلم النفس بأن الإفراد الذين يتمتعون بمستوى مرونة نفسية مرتفع لديهم قدرة التوافق والمواجهة الايجابية للشداد والصدمات والضغوط النفسية.

The Objective: Escplring psychological resilience among mothers of children with down syndrome. Curriculum: The number of cases was two (mothers with special needs; Down syndrome), whose ages ranged between 50 and 53 years, then the data were collected through a semi-structured interview for the purpose of the research, psychological resilience scale and subject understanding T.A.T. Results: Results indicate that there is a high level of psychological resilience among parents with special needs, and they are characterized by the ability to cope with stress and the ability to recover from shochs. Asummary: The results of the study showed that the mothers of children with Down syndrome have a high level of Psychological resilience and this is confirmed by the Association psychological association that individuals who have a high level of psychological resilience have the ability to adapt ;cope; be positive about adversity trauma and psychological stress.
