دور نظام معلومات املوارد البشرية يف ختطيط املوارد البشرية دراسة حالة املؤسسة اجلزائرية للكهرابء والغاز-التوزيع/ مديرية التوزيع ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في التخطيط الموارد البشرية، من خلال دراسة ميدانية في الشركة الوطنية للكهراباء والغاز–التوزيع-مديرية التوزيع ورقلة، اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وتم استخدام االإستبيان كأداة لجمع املعلومات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع 30استبيان على عمال المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتحليل النتائج ابالعتمادعلى برانمجSPSS V26. توصلت الدراسة إىل مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:- -أن لنظام معلومات الموارد البشرية دور كبير في التخطيط للموارد البشرية في الشركة الوطنية للكهرباء و الغاز ورقلة؛ - Ouarglaيوجد تاثير كبير لتطبيق نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في تخطيط الموارد البشرية الشركة الجزائرية للكهراباء و الغاز ورقلة

The study aims to identify the role of the human resources information system in human resource planning, through a field study in the National Electricity and Gas Company - Distribution - Directorate of Distribution Ouargla. 30 questionnaires were conducted on the workers of the institution under study, and the results were analyzed based on the SPSS V26 program. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - The human resources information system has a major role in planning human resources in the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company of Ouargla; - There is a positive impact of the application of human resources information system in the planning of human resources Algerian Electricity and Gas Company
