Vulgarisation du savoir dans les consultations médicales. Étude des interactions verbales.

Abstract

Notre étude s’inscrit dans le domaine de sciences du langage. Nous avons mené cette étude sur la vulgarisation du savoir dans l’interaction entre le médecin et le patient au service de pédiatrie à l’hôpital public de Touggourt. Nous avons effectué notre recherche sur la simplification du savoir par le médecin pendant la consultation médicale. Pour faire cette étude, nous avons analysé les données récoltées au moyen de deux questionnaires l’un destiné aux médecins et l’autre destiné aux parents des patients. Comme résultats, nous avons constaté que les médecins utilisent l’arabe dialectal dans la consultation médicale. Le niveau de la vulgarisation dépend du niveau intellectuel des parents des patients

Our study falls within the field of medicine. We conducted this study on the popularization of knowledge in the interaction between the doctor and the patient in the pediatric department at the public hospital of Touggourt. We carried out our research on the simplification of knowledge by the doctor during the medical consultation. To carry out this study, we analyzed the data collected by means of two questionnaires, one intended for doctors and the other intended for the parents of patients. As results, we found that doctors use dialectal Arabic in the medical consultation. The level of popularization depends on the intellectual level of the parents of the patients

دراستنا تقع في مجال الطب.أجرينا هذه الدراسة حول تعميم المعرفة في التفاعل بين الطبيب و المريض في قسم طب الاطفال في مستشفى تقرت العام. أجرينا بحثنا على تبسيط المعرفة من قبل الطبيب أثناء الاستشارة الطبية.لإجراء هذه الدراسة‘ قمنا بتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها عن طريق استبيانين‘ احدهما مخصص للأطباء و الآخر مخصص لآباء المرضى. نتيجة لذلك, وجدنا أن الأطباء يستخدمون اللهجة العربية في الاستشارة الطبية. يعتمد مستوى التعميم على المستوى الفكري لآباء المرضى.
