أثر القيادة الأخلاقية على جودة الحياة الوظيفية دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة قاصدي مرباح – ورقلة

Abstract

هدفـت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثـر القيـادة الأخلاقيـة على جودة الحياة الوظيفيـة من وجهـة نظر العاملين في جامعة ورقلة ، تم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة من موظفي كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة حيث تم استرجاع 30 استبانة. واعتمد تحليل بياناتها على التحليل الإحصـائي الوصفي، ومعامـل الانحدار، وتحليــل التبايـن الأحادي (ANOVA) ، واختبـــار T.Test عن طريق برنامج spss نسخة 22 و خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من مفهوم القيادة الأخلاقية لدى العاملين في الكلية، وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين القيادة الأخلاقية كمتغير مستقل و جودة الحياة الوظيفية كمتغير تابع.

The study aimed to find out the impact of ethical leadership on the quality of career from the point of view of employees at the University of Ouargla, The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of staff members of the Faculty of economics, business and management sciences at Kasdi Merbah Ouargla University, where 30 questionnaires were retrieved. The analysis of its data was based on descriptive statistical analysis, regression coefficient, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and the T.test using the SPSS program, version 22. The study concluded that there is a high level of the concept of ethical leadership among college employees, as well as the existence of an associative relationship between ethical leadership as an independent variable and career quality as a dependent variable.
