دور الرقمنة في تحسين الأداء التدريسي الجامعي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة دراسة حالة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الرقمنة في تحسين الأداء التدريسي من وجه نظر أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ حجمها 40 أستاذا في جامعة ورقلة وهذا اعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ، باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات.وكانت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي: ليس هناك تطبيق للرقمنة بمستوى عال في جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، وجود ارتباط قوي بين ابعاد المتغير المستقل الرقمنة (منصة التعليم الرقمي، المحتوى التعليمي، توظيف التكنولوجيا، التطوير الذاتي) والمتغير التابع الأداء التدريسي في جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة بمقدار 78.5%، بينما مستوى الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح كان متوسطا في ضل تطبيق الرقمنة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اجابات أفراد العينة حول تطبيق الرقمنة تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصبة

This study aimed to identify the role of digitization in improving teaching performance from the point of view of the professors of the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. The study was applied to a simple random sample of 40 professors at the University of Ouargla. This is based on the descriptive analytical approach, using the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection.and the results of the study were as follows:There is no application of digitization at a high level at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, and there is a strong correlation between the dimensions of the independent variable digitization (digital education platform, educational content, employment of technology, self-development) and the dependent variable teaching performance at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla by 78.5%, while the level of performance The teaching staff of Kasdi Merbah University was average in light of the application of digitization. There are no statistically significant differences between the answers of the sample members about the application of digitization due to the personal variables
