Abstract: This study investigates the impact of very large-scale antennas on enhancing the performance of 5G and 6G wireless mobile networks. With the rapid growth of wireless communication technology and the increasing demand for wireless digital communications, there is a need for improved antenna solutions to achieve desired radiation patterns. The findings emphasize the importance of considering antenna design and advanced technologies like IRS and m-MIMO in optimizing the performance of wireless mobile networks. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the potential benefits of utilizing very large-scale antennas for improving the performance of 5G and 6G wireless mobile networks. These findings can contribute to the development of future wireless communication systems, enhancing connectivity and meeting the increasing demands of mobile users
