دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية في بلدية ورقـــــــلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على الإدارة الالكترونية بأبعادها ( التجهيزات و المعدات ، التطبيقات و البرمجيات ، الشبكات ، الكوادر البشرية ، الأمن ألمعلوماتي ) و دورها في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للموظفين و ذلك من خلال الدراسة الميدانية لبلدية ورقلة كمجتمع دراسة ، و لقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و باستخدام الاستبيان وزعت على عينة عشوائية بمصلحة الحالة المدنية كعينة دراسة مكونة من 70 موظف،استرجعت منها 39 صالحة للدراسة ، و من خلال دراستنا كانت النتائج المستخلصة كالآتي: مستوى الإدارة الإلكترونية ببلدية ورقلة يتميز بالمستوى الضعيف مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي ببلدية ورقلة مرتفع. يوجد أثر للإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي في بلدية ورقلة
