The impact of strategic vigilance in achieving continuous improvement of the economic institution

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تحقيق التحسين المستمر في مؤسسة عمر بن عمر قالمة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من 47 مفردة. ومن خلال تحليل ومناقشة البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اليقظة الإستراتيجية بأبعادها(اليقظة التكنولوجية، اليقظة التجارية) والتحسين المستمر، وأن المتغيرات المستقلة استطاعت أن تفسر 40.3٪ من التغيرات الحاصلة في المتغير التابع والباقي يعزى لعوامل أخرى. The study aimed at knowing the impact of strategic vigilance in achieving a continuous improvement at the Amor Benamor Guelma, and to acheive this objective we relied in our study on the descriptive methode, where a filed study was conducted on a sample of 47 staff. By analyzing and discussing data and testing hypotheses using the statistical package for social sciences (spss) program, the study reached several several results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between strategic vigilance in its dimenssions )technological vigilance and commercial vigilance( and continuous improvement, and the independent variables were able to explain 40.3% of the changes in the dependent variable and the rest is attributable to other factors
