Abstract: The Arab Charter of Human Rights is considered the cornerstone of the Arab Charter of Human Rights, which establishes a legal reference to ensure oversight of respect for fundamental rights and freedoms in the Arab regional system, the Charter aims to place human rights within the basic national concerns of Arab countries, it is appropriate to research the extent of guaranteeing The principle that all human rights are universal, interdependent, interdependent and indivisible. Accordingly, and in view of the rights recognized in accordance with international standards, the Charter came with a set of rights that oscillate between not being affected under any circumstance, or contradictory, or in conformity with international standards, and in some cases it recognizes some of the rights that are overlooked by international conventions on human rights.
