Abstract: Religious abuse in the context of the right to freedom of expression is a controversial issue that has a legal and philosophical background. And the more controversial characteristic of it is that it is emotional - ideological, not limited to positions of ideas, beliefs, and philosophies, but has become a form of sacred defense of democratic values for most of the thinkers of political liberalism. This study aims to strip this controversial issue from its emotional and ideological aspect and to bring it to the end of clarity and scientific persuasion by reviewing different critical views on what international thought is serious about in terms of discussions and legal analyzes about it.
