أثر التدريب في تقليل حوادث العمل المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار ENSP

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير التدريب في تقليل حوادث العمل من خلال دراسة ميدانية تمت في المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الابار ENSP (حاسي مسعود ورقلة)، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في معالجة مضامين القسم النظري، كما تم الاعتماد على اداتي الاستبيان والمقابلة لجمع المعلومات، تم توزيع 80 استبيان على موظفي المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وقد تم تحليل النتائج بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS بالإضافة الى مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها: - التدريب يقلل من حوادث العمل داخل المنظمات من خلال تسوية سلوكيات العمال. - يظهر دور التدريبفي تحديدالاحتياجات التدريبية، و تصميم البرامج التدريبية وحسناستغلال أساليبها.

The aim of the study was to determine the extent to which training influences the reduction of workplace accidents through a field study conducted at the National Enterprise for Well Services (ENSP) in Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla. The descriptive method was employed to address the theoretical framework, and data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. A total of 80 questionnaires were distributed to employees of the study institution. The results were analyzed using the SPSS software, along with various statistical tools and methods. The study has reached a number of important findings, including: - Training reduces workplace accidents within organizations by addressing employee behaviors. - The role of training is evident in identifying training needs, designing training programs, and effectively utilizing training methods.
