Effet des extraits de quelques plantes spontanées dans la lutte biologique contre Brevicoryne brassicae dans la région de Ouargla.

The study was conducted on the insecticidal effect of the aqueous extract of leaves and stems of three spontanea plants, namely citrullus colocynthis and pergularia tomentosa and zygophyllum album It was harvested in the regions of Ghardaïa and Touggourt, southern Algeria on aphid’s field experiments were conducted to assess the efficacy of the aqueous extracts of the three plants. such as biopesticides ،which were treated by direct spraying in three concentrations (100%, 60% and 20%), A census of dead aphids was carried out every 24 hours for 3 days. The results obtained showed that the aqueous extract of the leaves and stems of the three plants had an insecticidal effect, and the results obtained were to measure the effectiveness of the poison through the LD50 Which represents the concentration of the toxic substance that causes the death of 50% of the sample as follows: plant (pergularia tomentosa l) with a value of 0.0032 g/ml and plant (zygophyllu album l) with a value of 0.026 g/ml and plant (citrullus colocynthis l ) (value of 0.36 g/ml). As for the time required to kill half of the sample (TL50), the results showed that the aqueous extract had an effect on the aphids, whatever the concentrations (100%, 60% and 20%). 60

L'étude a été menée sur l'effet insecticide de l'extrait aqueux de feuilles et de tiges de trois plantes spontane , à savoir Citrullus colocynthis , Pergularia tomentosa et zygophyllum album il a été récolté dans les régions de Ghardaïa et Tougourt, sud algérien , des expériences sur le terrain ont été menées pour évaluer l'efficacité des extraits aqueux des trois plantes, comme les biopesticides ،qui ont été traités par pulvérisation directe en trois concentrations (100 %, 60 % et 20 %), Un recensement des pucerons morts a été effectué toutes les 24 heures pendant 3 jours . Les résultats obtenus ont montré que l'extrait aqueux des feuilles et des tiges des trois plantes a un effet insecticide, et les résultats obtenus consistaient à mesurer l'efficacité à travers la DL50 comme suit : plante (Pergularia Tomentosa L) avec une valeur de 0,0032 g/ml (Zygophyllu album L) d'une valeur de 0,026 g/ml (citrullus colocynthis l) (valeur de 0,36 g/ml). Quant au temps nécessaire pour tuer la moitié de l'échantillon (TL50), les résultats ont montré que l'extrait aqueux avait un effet sur les pucerons, quelles que soient les concentrations (100 %, 60 % et 20 %).
