Sclerotinia sclerotiorum ، Aspergillus niger ، Penicillium sp. ، Mucor sp. و Trichoderma spp. .
This work highlights the fungal flora specific to tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum L. 1753). The study is carried out within the National Office of Irrigation and Drainage-Realization and Engineering that is located in Megarine (Touggourt), on the variety of tomato (Top608) cultivated under greenhouse. Isolation and identification revealed the presence of different parasitic, saprophytic and symbiote fungi as Fusarium oxysporum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium sp., Mucor sp. and Trichoderma spp. The calculation of the occurrence exhibits the abundance of Aspergillus niger on all organs, especially fruits (96,15%) followed by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum that is recurrent of stem (46,43%). The other species recorded low even insignificant percentages values of appearance. |
