Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the degree of irrational ideas prevalent among A’ Sharqiyah University students in light of some variables (gender, college, academic year).The sample consisted of (256) undergraduate students. To answer this study questions, the researchers used the descriptive analysis method, where they were applied the klages scale of irrational ideas (1989) which was developed by Jaradat (2006). The results showed that the degree of irrational ideas among the students was medium in the overall scale and in the sub-scales (Reliability - internal attribution of failure - Snapping), while the (negative self-evaluation) got "applied to a small degree", Also the results concluded that there are no statistically significant differences based on (gender, college, academic year) variables.
