Abstract: The study at hands aims at investigating the reasons that impede handicapped students from achieving results as expected from them (Academic Consonance); results competetive to normal students. The study focalizes inspectors, all fourty three of them from Ouargla, perspective on handicapped students who enroll with regular students. The questionnaire considers four chief factors:academic, social and familial.The study concluded that the aforementioned farctors do inhibit any sort of concordance as long as no measures are adopted. However, the academic factor sounds to have more direct influence; the personal the least influential the study also concludes. The study also privides a list of recommendations as well as ofreferences that are rendered useful
