Abstract: | The problem of the current study was to identify the obstacles to teaching Arabic and Islamic education from the point of view of school principals and their assistants in Jordan. This study is distinguished from others written on this subject by attempting to identify all the obstacles to learning Arabic and Islamic education in Jordan through a survey of the opinions of school principals and their assistants in both subjects. Thus, it is possible to identify obstacles from the field reality, and to benefit from the opinions of school principals and their assistants, and their great experience in the field of linguistic and religious education. The study's two questionnaires were applied to a random sample of school principals and their assistants in Jordan, which numbered (126) a questionnaire for school principals and their assistants in the northeastern Badia schools of the Jordanian Ministry of Education during the academic year.)2022/2021( Based on the results of the study, the researcher reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the interest in preparing the Arabic language and Islamic education teacher professionally, and developing programs for preparing Arabic language and Islamic education teachers. |
